Overview

We only process personal data where necessary to operate this website, respond to enquiries or meet legal obligations. We use no analytics or tracking tools and no advertising cookies.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., USA. When you visit it, Vercel processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system (server log files) to deliver the website and protect it from abuse (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Fonts

Fonts are served from our own server. No connection to Google servers is made.

Contact form and email

If you contact us via the form or by email, we process your details (such as name, company, email, social media profiles and your message) to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). Form messages are delivered to our inbox via Resend (Resend Inc., USA) as a processor. We delete your data once your enquiry has been fully handled, unless legal retention periods apply.

Applications

Applications sent to us by email are processed to carry out the application process. If no employment results, we delete the documents no later than six months after the process ends.

Videos

We store and deliver our videos through our hosting provider Vercel. No data is transferred to video platforms such as YouTube.

Links to social networks

We link to our profiles and those of our talents on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. These are plain links; no data is transferred to these networks when you visit our website.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
